Who we are
ZEROGLUTINE LIFE Torino, born in 2018 from an emotional boost due to sadness at seeing children, kids who at certain moments of the day or life, they excluded themselves from the group, in the gardens during the post-match snack as well as at convivial gatherings such as birthdays, parties with peers, always going afterwards or bringing a packaged product that did nothing but nourish and underline this "diversity" which isn't so different after all.
We wanted to give the opportunity to anyone who needed it, to be able to stop by and get a piece of pizza, a sandwich or an arancini to share a moment of togetherness with your snack companions.
We wanted to give the opportunity to celebrate birthdays, marriage, Confirmations and communions or even simple dinners with cakes and pastries, than for flavor, consistency and image were absolutely equal and indistinguishable from the gluten-free ones and therefore excellent for everyone.
We wanted to give the opportunity to enjoy and savor an excellent breakfast with donuts, donuts, stuffed and non-stuffed croissants, strudel, dumplings and so on and so forth.
We wanted to give the opportunity to share an aperitif with fantastic pretzels and mignon rotisserie.
Our daily commitment to always preparing fresh products such as bread with 8 different types, pizzas, salad, sweets, pastries, cakes and in seeking quality raw materials, it has made us become an important point of reference in our city and beyond.
We imagine the future to be even more committed to experimenting, always looking for new products, increasingly attentive to your needs so that this "way of being" is no longer a reason for separation but on the contrary can be shared by tasting excellent products together.
